You, the client, agree to the following conditions:
- I will not upload the material without the artist’s watermark/signature.
- I will not use the material without visible credit or claim the material as my own work.
- I will not edit the material beyond minor cropping, resizing and filters.
- I will not make an NFT with the material and/or use the material for any AI-generative purposes.
- I will not use it as advertisement, endorsement and for other commercial profit without the artist’s explicit permission and proper payment.✅ Examples that are permitted for the client:
🔹 Reposts by respective clients on their social media accounts with proper credit.
🔹 Use for personal display (eg. icon, wallpaper, sidebar, banner, etc.).
🔹 Self-production as a physical item for personal use (eg. home print/etc.).❌ Examples that are prohibited for the client:
🔸 Production in any quantity to sell publicly or privately.
🔸 Cases where you receive a profit from a medium/platform using the commissioned material (e.g. Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, business cards, etc.).RIGHTS
I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my work. I retrain copyright over my work, which includes to use as a sample in my portfolio or self-promotion (for commissions), unless otherwise stated and agreed on in the commission order.
🔹 I do not have the right to sell commissioned artwork in any way, unless explicitly agreed on in advance and in writing during the commission order.
🔹 I will not claim rights to a character design, unless it was my own design sold, and will not reuse/resell the artwork for personal or commercial projects unless agreed upon.
In the case of purchasing a character design, you hold rights to the design. Likewise, for a purchased character design (ex. design sheet, adoptable, etc.), I will not reuse/resell the rights to the design once the ownership is transferred.
However, you are responsible for protecting your ownership over rights to a character design when uploading on external sites.NONDISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA) / PRIVATE COMMISSIONS
You must state PRIOR to the work period if your commission is to be private in cases where you do not want your commission being potentially streamed/recorded and/or posted publicly at lower resolutions.
*I reserve the right to charge an additional fee, depending on the project content.This agreement has the following conditions:
🔹 I, the artist, will only share progress and work with you, the client. This includes not posting any WIPs on my socials (including Patreon) and/or streaming or recording the art process.
🔹 I, the artist, will not post the finished material, even if the client chooses to share it (it must still have appropriate credit if posted).
🔹 However, you must also refrain from sharing any progress until the commission is complete.
*If there are any additionally requirements, I am open to negotiations.

PAYMENT
Payment is accepted via Ko-fi, PayPal or Stripe - minimum prices are listed in CAD.
🔸 Digital currency (e.g. cryptocurrency) or exposure is NOT accepted as payment.
🔸 My prices do not include any potential transaction fees from payment services.
🔸 You are responsible to check any currency conversions.
🔸 Do not send payment until confirmation of the final price and an invoice is sent!FINAL PRICES
I have the right to adjust the final price depending on the commission's complexity.
These additional charges will be stated prior to finalizing the price, you hold the right to make changes to your commission (e.g. simplify the design, take out additions, etc.) before the final agreement.
Afterwards, you must pay the agreed amount before I start your commission.
🔹 Payment plans can be discussed for commissions above $150, but at least half must be paid upfront to start and paid in full before I send the final piece.REFUNDS
Clients must contact me for a cancellation BEFORE completion, 50% OR MORE will be kept as a cancellation fee for any work done.
You will receive any progress and the partial refund after the cancellation fee.
If you cancel immediately after the sketch process, I will consider this a complete commission and there will be no refund. This is to protect my rights and time.
🔹 Full refunds are ONLY if I, the artist, need to cancel your commission abruptly and am not obligated to explain the reasons for my privacy.
🔹 Completed commissions will NOT be refunded under any circumstances.WORK PERIOD
I may take 1-2 business days to respond to the initial inquiry and ask for further details (if necessary), before confirming the final order and price.
My standard work period is roughly 2-4 weeks, starting once payment is received.
I will send watermarked in-progress previews, you can request up to two major revision during the sketch period without charge.
🔹 Additional revisions afterwards have a separate charge of at least 15CAD*.
*This charge may increase if there was no feedback during the sketch.
🔹 Minor changes, such as colour adjustments, will not be subject to this fee.
🔹It is your responsibility to ensure your order contains the details you want.
🔹 I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory elements if no feedback was given.
🔹 Once final edits are complete, I will send the high resolution .PSD of all layers with a movable signature (you must have my signature on public posts).
🔹 I will not redo a completed commission without being paid for a second order.✨No harassment over work speed or progress will be tolerated. ✨DEADLINES
Any deadline must be discussed PRIOR to the confirmation of your order.
I reserve the right to:
🔹 Decline your commission if your deadline fall under my standard work period.
🔹 Charge a rush fee, should I accept a deadline under my standard work period.
